Not sure if the accident caused his heart attack or vise versa. Owner didn’t make it. Such a hard impact that the firewall and frame were damaged. Sad for the family. Fairly certain the accident occurred during a recent rain storm. He hit several mail boxes and a fire hydrant.
Notice the lack of a running board on the side.

Very likely. Lots of mud on the suspension and could have caught a rock or curb to remove that wheel.
